Slater on Fox News: \"I encourage everyone who is disturbed by this video to contact your local crisis pregnancy center.\"

Speaking on Fox News' America's Newsroom, conservative talk show host Mike Slater pointed to life-affirming pregnancy help organizations as the true, lasting alternative to Planned Parenthood on Wednesday.

Slater, who hosts a daily radio show from 9 a.m. to noon (PST) on San Diego's Talk Radio 760 KFMB, as well as a Sunday morning show from 9-11 a.m. (EST) on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio Patriot, channel 144 and 166, was on the show with Marjorie Clifton, a former campaign advisor to President Barack Obama.

After Clifton stated that, "There is no one who is truly 'pro-abortion. That position doesn't exist," host Martha MacCallum countered that the advances in ultrasound technology over the years, combined with the knowledge of Planned Parenthood's trafficking in fetal body parts harvested from babies it aborts, should cause Americans to "reevaluate and think all of this through."

Slater then urged viewers to support the 2,500 life-affirming pregnancy help locations in the U.S., which offers compassionate support and real choice to women facing unexpected pregnancies.

"Lower abortion rates—that’s good, but still way too high," Slater said. "That’s why I encourage everyone who is disturbed by this video to contact your local crisis pregnancy center. These are pro-life pregnancy centers that meet women where they are, work with them through their pregnancy, and then after they give birth to their beautiful children.

"I’ve been saying for a long time, ‘We can’t combat Planned Parenthood unless we shower women with the love they deserve, and also lift up the Planned Parenthood alternatives—and that’s these pro-life centers.’”
