You hint at another reality. We want to really understand her and her circumstances. For that we need real understanding about her situation, which, for the most part, comes from what she tells us. Neutral marketing allows us the best opportunity her perceptions, concerns and considerations, and not what she thinks we want to hear. I'm convinced that walking into the center past the flock of mini-vans (which scream family) loaded with pro-life bumper stickers and fish magnet, can influence what she thinks is safe to tell us.

When we do it right, we hear and understand her the best and can help in the best way possible.
